Just a quick update as I've been feeling really ropey for the past few days - think I must have caught a cold at the spa day :(

    July Monthly figures
    Outstanding Mortgage £157,898.59
Family Loan £4,700 (OH will pay this each month)
    Daily interest £17.31
    Offset Savings £11,788.03

Total Debt as present moment £150,810.56(-1,253.63)

I would like to get under £150k next month, but if we end up paying for the garden then it's unlikely... :(

    All the best xx

    :o

Needed some work clothes desperately - you heard before about the trousers, well most of my tops I wear to work have little holes in them as well (I think it's caused by the tumble drier somehow) they aren't really noticeable but it's still a bit scutty isn't it ?? :rotfl:

So off I went to town with the sister and ended up buying 4 tops and some hole-less trousers :j spent £94 in Debenh*ms on 3 tops  and then went to Dotty p's for another top and trousers - fortunately I had enough vouchers to get those completely for free :j

On a more positive note, I do have a beautiful new Radley handbag for free - I didn't steal it:rotfl: - the sister treated me yesterday at Cheshire Oaks!! I did try to protest.. honest! I can't even tell you how much she spent in total y'day  it would have paid a monthly mortgage pymt..

right off to change my signature because I forgot yesterday..

    have a good one xx

Quick trip to town this morning to bank £100 lottery subs from the guys at work resulting in a show down with a bank machine. It ate my money, then ate my card and gave me no receipt  naughty little b*****

The bank was packed so I couldn't get a lady over to help without leaving the machine, so I gave him the evil eye and pressed a few more buttons and thankfully he spat my card back out, but still no receipt!

In the end I had to leave the machine and track someone down to check my balance, luckily the cash had cleared straight away :) so was showing on my account but I'm now a bit scared to use those machines again! bad uns!

Other savings on my little shopping trip
    • £8.00 coupon used in B0dysh0p (moved to offset savings)
    • £1.80 petrol voucher(moved to offset savings with an extra 20p round up)
    • didn't buy a gorgeous top in FatF*ce - all the clothes were so nice though :o
Just a little naughty spend of £5 in M&S on some nice rolls and bits for lunch, but loads left which I put in the freezer.
