Been doing something creative with chocolate this evening :D this was made for someone at work - he loves freddos and hates the colour pink! :rotfl:

Really enjoyed making it and it only cost about £6 in all. It's a great way to present a cheapish present.. and luckily there were 2 left over freddos for me and the OH!:EasterBun

Me too, but don't put yourself out with the fancy packaging, a carrier bag will do :rotfl:.

Thanks for the comments.. the freddos went down well at work! I now have another two to make - one with Milka bars for a 30th and a Caramac one for OH's birthday the week after next! Phew :D

    This week :
    • £10 CP voucher ordered
    • £1.08 pymt from Imutu*l
    • shuffled £5 Hal1fax reward
    • 7 hours overtime done
    • OH given me his half of the bills money so some more shuffling to be done
    • caught up on all surveys
    • £4.02 interest on my new FlexD account trfd
Healthwise - I've been grabbing what food I can at home as I've been working longer hours and with OH being away, dinner hasn't been made for me. Although I've manage to stay away from the chip shop/pizza shop!

I've also not been able to keep up my 3 miles a day (14 miles behind target) :( All excuses.. if I really wanted to do it i'd have fitted it in of course! :o

It's been a beautiful day in the garden today:cool:, so we've spent some time trying to plan and design a new structure to it. OH is hopefully going to get one of the guys at work to come and lay a seating area like this, not sure how much it's going to cost yet though.. the rest of it we're going to try and do ourselves :rotfl:

Off to catch up on some diaries, then off to get everything ready for work tomorrow. xx

Well done on all your activities. Despite walking 9 miles today I'm still 6 miles behind where I should be. Keep up the good work.

    Afternoon all..

Just managed to get a free trial of a leg waxing kit that I've been looking at buying for a while now, it costs around £15-20 and I couldn't justify spending that in case I didn't like it! Now I can try it for free:j - although the refills cost £10

Popped to the butchers (£63) and Waitr0se (£26) this morning so should be ok for groceries for a while.. had a lovely conversation with the cashier about an apple variety called "Old Parsons n0b", however, it's not one that I can seem to find on google and thankfully I didn't happen upon any dodgy websites whilst searching for it :rotfl:lets hope if it is real it appears on Waitr0se's shelves to cheer up the shoppers!

Got a mad week on next week.. making birthday cupcakes for OH's work on Mon, OH's birthday tea treat on Tues (at Ask with vouchers:D), 2 buffets at work Weds/Thurs and out with friends on Friday night for tea! I think my eating plans will go to pot, however, I will curb my usual piggy-ness and try to stay healthy eating for the rest of the meals.. fingers crossed I stay the same weight at least.

Hope everyone's having a lovely weekend, the weather here is turning from blue skies to torrential downpours every half hour or so..

    xx

Hi - it's just the 30 day challenges that you find on the internet - everyone at work has decided to do it, so I thought i'd join in - links below

30 Day Squat challenge & crunch challenge

7 minute High intensity work out

Blogilates - for your workouts - some pilates, some cardio

you might ache for the first few days but after that your body gets used to it. I imagine with your leg muscles will be fab anyway from cycling, so you should be able to manage the squats really well.

(i'll copy this onto your diary as well just incase you miss it)
