Evening...

My no spending hasn't lasted i'm afraid, OH wanted to go out yesterday so I ended up in the B0dy shop, I had a gift voucher and a voucher code so managed to get £35 of stuff for £10 though.

Tonight we've also had a trip to Waitr0se, spend = £26

Health wise - I've walked/jogged 13 miles since Saturday and we've been eating some very healthy meals. I'm hoping for a bit of weight loss this week! Wednesday is weigh-in (we're still doing Biggest Loser at work) so lets see if i'll be a contender this month for the winnings!

Afternoon,

I've had a couple of days off work this week which has just been lovely, really appreciated the lie ins and the relaxing.. then yesterday went to visit friends so a fun afternoon had with her girls.



Other Good stuff

• the tree buds are starting to show, the daffodils are out and the birds are tweeting once again :T
• £50 cheque arrived and banked from surveys
• 0.70p check-ins from Quidc0
• Rac membership paid for with Tesc0 clubcard vouchers
• no "big" grocery shop needed this week
• 25 miles walked/jogged this week
• 2lb down
• de-cluttered the coffee table (6 drawers of rubbish!) unfortunately no stray money found..:D

Not so good stuff

• still haven't managed to log in to my new Nat0nwide account have re-registered again (3rd time) to try and get a passcode to log in

Update to last months goals

• goal next month to get total debt under £155k - just missed by £262
• also goal to clear my sister's loan to us - approx £1600 (the other part is to my dad) this may take a couple of months though - £932.72 left to find

Health goals

• 42lbs to lose (again!) - 5lbs down
• run/walk/jog 100 miles a month (payday to payday) this is approx. 3 miles per day (missed the pro-rated target by 7 miles this month 40 miles still not bad though!)

Money savings

• TCB payout ordered of £42.45
• walking to the hair dressers so saving petrol

Money spending to do

• Need to do a big shop at sainsbugs, but I have a £10 gift card and £17.50 in nectar points
• going to the hairdressers - approx. £35

Right off to have my locks cut xx

Hi Shala moo, sorry I've not popped in for ages, hope you are well and just wanted to ask if you don't mind what's surveys you are doing and how long they are taking? I have all but given up on them , but you seem to be making quite a lot out if doing them

:wave:Hey NG, it's took a while to get to pay out to be honest, they just seem to be ready to redeem all at once!

This is the list I do that I find are pretty decent : Youg0v, Valued 0pinions, Ips0s, My Surveys, Onep0ll, Rewarded 0pinions, New V1sta.

Some accounts I've just redeemed and then closed as they weren't worth the time doing them - T0luna/Global Test Market are ok if you don't mind being screened out a lot.. but that tries my patience too much!

Thanks Shala moo, that a LOT ! I think I am registered to most of those already but have just not bothered at all lately. I think I will start back again though as I am making silly payments like 10p a day op's at the moment so it would help quite a bit. Thanks:D

Day off today as I've had another eye hospital visit 3 hours of waiting around for them to tell me the same thing as usual and back again in 4 weeks for the same again!

Anyway I thought i'd come home and sort out the elec/gas bill as we finish our fixed prices in May.. got to say it's all very disappointing. I'm with Np0wer who are only £20 more expensive than the cheapest comparison on there! So as much as I wanted to change to a different supplier - i'm not sure it's worth £20 for the hassle it will no doubt create!

On a fun note, we're off out to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary this evening, along with our 25% off food voucher :rotfl:who said i'm cheap? The Wedding itself only cost £60 so I can't spend more than that celebrating it surely?:D

Just caught up on everyone's diaries.. proper fed up the last few days and really lost my mojo (think it's hormonal:() so catching up on everyone's news has bumped up the mood a bit..

One thing I have realised is that when I was completing my update, I missed my £300 regular saver off my spreadsheet so I did actually meet my targets :j:j

• spent £76 on stuff for the garden - need to make it pretty this year as i'm sick of the weeds - so I'll be buying a lot more :eek:
• spent a fortune on groceries this week (over £100 even with vouchers )
• 4 birthdays next month, 3 lots of presents bought, 1 lot left to get
