well,what a funny way to spend an evening! enjoyable actually,especially after i'd found the "filter out the weirdos" button.

i have to say,theres a lot of normal,chatty,not-bad looking blokes on POF,

if you are thinking about joining up,i'd say give it a go!

Well I've just got back from a second date. Met him for a quick drink last week and we got on really well and arranged to meet for dinner tonight. He's a lovely guy but there just wasn't a spark between us.

Oh well.....back to the drawing board! Only been doing this for almost two weeks but I'm getting tired of it already

Its early days, In my first 2 weeks I could have had a date every night. You will find it slows down and you will see the same faces so enjoy it in the early stages x

I find it doesn't matter what their profile is like, how well you've got on in written word, how much you've got in common, how long you've been chatting etc - basically if the chemistry is there, it's there and I always like to decide after a second date. I'm set to hide atm, due to having a few dates with a gorgeous guy, way too young for me, he's 31, I'm 44, but I'm sticking with it. Pof tells me I've been there for 3 years, but I've only been seriously looking for over a year; had a tonne of meets though, I tend to reply to most well mannered people and have meet some lovely people who I still see as friends and we often do the groupon meals; my profile also says friends are welcome

my user name is the same as on here - oooopppps back in the days of using the same user name but i've given up caring tbh. It's been a month with this guy and he came up to see me on boxing day, our anniversary :rotfl::rotfl:
