Myh constructive criticism is get your pics on the main site. You have linked to your twitter page that has pics but lots of people do 'photo only' searches but none of them will ever see you as you won't appear on their search.

I also don't like profiles that link to twitter or facebook and stuff like that. Again it is a personal thing and more about your twitter page than your POF profile but I think it is never a good idea to advertise who you are professionally on a personal twitter page where you may also have people who have seen your POF page and got in touch from there. I think keeping your sharking activities and your career seperate is a good idea.

The content of your profile is good but could do with more personality about what you have done and not just what you want to do. travel stuff is great but what is your favourite holiday destination so far or where do you dream of going and why.

What kind of woman are you after? What do you want her to bring to the relationship? If you don't know then say that you don't know what you are looking for but someone who makes you smile/laugh/get butterflies/motivates you etc would be a good thing. Are you looking for someone similar to previous partners or do you go for a type and its not working so looking for something different.

You come across on the profile as a nice guy but I get the vibe there is a great guy underneath the profile it just doesn't shine through as well as it could.

Please don't take what I am about to say personally... it maybe really picky as your profile is great in general.

I wouldn't put your twitter details on there (and don't say that you're hilarious... even if you are!) or your name.

The reference to "snuggling" just sounds like something you have put because you think women want to read that rather than because you actually enjoy it. That's a real turn off for me... along with profiles called "Fluffy" or "Lovestoholdhands"... all just bleugh!!! But being a buyer myself... this may be because I lack a heart

I also don't like the "Elo" introduction or the smilie face. I want a man to be a man and not a sap who I am going to have to look after.

There are also a couple of typos - there is an apostrophe missing from "I'm" in the second sentence. And you seem to be doing something on the sofa which may or may not be legal in most parts of the world.

I like the main profile pic, the snow man one and to a lesser extent the ones with your mates... the one after work really doesn't add much to your profile.

But the good things - I really like how you describe your desire to travel. You sound really interesting and fun to be around.

How did you see pics? When I looked at the profile tonight it said private pics available. I agree with all of your observations though.

Typos - changed (am a bit of a grammar nazi)

Twitter - removed (It's not a professional page and you can get my humour on it but I've removed it) the hilarious thing was a bit of a joke!

Cwtching - it's just cuddling! I picked it up in Wales (it can mean more depending where you are/who you're with) - removed!

Snuggling etc... Removed (but I do like a cuddle on the sofa as much/if not more than going out)

Intro - I've removed but I wanted to soften it up because to me it's a bit too professional and not personal enough without a cosy intro

What I'm looking for - to be worked on!!

Nope, I checked again and can see them now, he must have put them on after I first looked and before you looked. I am not a member of POF anymore but can usually still see pics.

Good luck in your search LTL. I met an amazing man on POF so if you pick through some of the crazies there are some great people on there.

I met my OH on POF nearly a year ago so there ar some good ones on there!! Admittedly there are a lot of far less desirable men on there too!! lol
