Met my wife on there in March 2011, we married in March 2012 and our first child together is due in January 2013.
Internet dating has it's critics, but it does work for some!!
Congratulations.
Although I have to admit it always freaks me out a bit to see people get married after knowing each other for such a short period of time.0 -
A guy has been messaging me for the past few days &, long story short, has requested a date . But he appears to have taken offence when I said I'd only meet him in a coffee shop or pub & I'd meet him there rather than him collect me from my house. He has ranted on about how I'm treating like a nutter & how it is very disrespectful & untrusting of me not to tell him where I live.
I've pointed out, politely, that I don't know him so I'd feel more comfortable in a public place, but he doesn't seem to get it & thinks I'm being odd/rude by not giving him my address.
What do you all think?
And no, I shant be meeting him. Looks like I've attracted another nutter :rotfl:& as for some happy ending I'd rather stay single & thin

He's a nutter. Meeting at an arranged public venue for a first date sounds about as normal and expected as you could get.0 -

x2 he's a nutter. Any normal guy would insist on meeting in a public place, for his own safety as well as yours.Current Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0 -
