Was browsing again o POF. Although there are many of the same profiles there are a few that stick out and are almost frightning. One post had a fifteen point plan that every man had to adhere to in order to make their dating experience successfull. WOW. It was almost like the commandments. I can understand that dating can be a frustrating thing and a lot of guys, by the sounds of it, are just playing around, but give us guys a break. We are not all perfect. Dating shoes off. I am going to be single and happy with that.0

Hey peeps,
I gave up on POF a while back, had enough of it. I now use an app on my phone called Badoo, it searches for local people nearby, but you can adjust that to search further afield.
Its easy to use and just like texting someone, all free unless you want "superpowers" but there's really no need for them.
You can also use it from a computer.Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.0 -

You are even more cynical than me!
I don't need a man to drag me away from a life of work & drudgery - I'd just like someone to share the drudgery with.
My membership is actually up on 23/12 so if I haven't managed to arrange a date by then I'm giving up even though I'm thinking of calling it a day now.
You make me laugh, I could probably fancy you if I wasnt already spoken for.:o:rotfl:0 -

( i didn't meet any of the requirements. Anyway one of the things that she required 'was a man to fix things' and she would " stroke him all over, :-)" what the hell is that all about. Also There were a couple who required a picture before replying, which is fair enough. So I took a picture of myself, which I don't do very often and decided not to reply because I realised that i look like a turtle.:rotfl:
The ones that annoy me when they say not to write if you don't have a photo on your profile or you'll be deleted, are those that don't have a photo themselves.
Talking about the strange requirements some women ask, the best i saw this week on PoF was from a girl who said she wanted a second child and was looking for a fertile man to impregnate her.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
