Hi
I don't know if I'm in the right thread but does anyone know the phone number for match.com?. I want to cancel my subscription but am unable to find a contact number or email to do so. I've google searched and tried all the likely numbers there without success. How do I cancel my account! Any assistance much appreciated. It's very frustrating....
Thanks0 -

don't know about match, but on most sites there is a "contact us"
bit ,usually at the very bottom of the homepage.
am sure someone will be along soon who knows.LIVE SIMPLY * GIVE MORE * EXPECT LESS * BE THANKFUL0 -
Match.com have hidden their contact numbers and email. There is a facility to suspend your account however you need to contact them to cancel i.e they will still charge for a suspended account.....Not good......0

Well Im having some good luck at last. After meeting a new friend from work whos 24 and has the same sort of car (mx5) as me and heavily interested in them as a hobby, I have been going to her house helping her with mending bits on her car.
Her dad is 57 and these past few weeks he has been very nice to me and lending me stuff, making me meals, (while helping my friend) and its clear he likes me as I like him. He is also mad about cars, likes old films like me, he has mentioned I can pop around any time. We are all going to a car and bike show in cheshire on 13th and hes paying my admission fee.
My friend is happy her dad likes me, he even held an umbrella over me while fixing her car and always makes me welcome.
Such a nice feeling I get.
Hes 12 years older than me but do I care no. My friend said it about time he got out and met someone. thing is it wasnt forced like on the dating sites and just feelings grew gradually. Just got to find out his likes and dislikes then ask him out for a coffee or drink.

Well, Im back on POF and got a message yesterday. No big deal you say... We chatted for a bit and it turns out he works at the same place as the guy I was seeing till recently. (the one who dumped me by text!)
He says no one knows he uses the site which is fair enough, only you guys know I use it lol, but I'm worried that I may be getting set up. I asked him and he assures me that he is genuine. We chatted well into the wee small hours. He asked that I keep our chats private as he really doesn't want people knowing he's on a dating site.Gave me his mobile number and asked if he could meet up with me at the weekend, take me for coffee and cake. I agreed. I dont see the point in playing email ping pong for weeks, better to just meet up and take it from there.
Today...nothing!!
Does anyone else think that I was maybe right or am I reading too much into things??
All thoughts welcome.

With this new one, take it slow, and let him do the running. He said this weekend, see if he texts you, but get on with your own plans and meet him only if doesn't disrupt them. In the meantime, keep looking.
Intenert dating is weird, it's not like real life. What seems great online is not quite the same in the flesh. You on the other hand must remember your own value.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

It's weird how in 36 hours i've gotten to know someone better than i did in a month with the last guy. Plus this guy actually wants to meet me and has been in constant contact with me.
Not counting chickens and all that but maybe, just maybe i'm feeling good about this oneThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
