    Thanks gercha.

I wish these stupid banks didn't have so many addresses!
  • Hi Doorwoman
Yes if that is the only real address you have.
I have used the address on my cheque book as my original address and the one for the courts as that is a real building address. If you dont have that then the branch will be something like Barclays, High street, Town, post code (even if only the first three digits). As long as a bailiff can find it then it will work.
I'm convinced banks are using virtual addresses to fool the system.

Okay! I've put an address!!! But now I'm worried I'll fill the next bit out wrong. I've copied, ammended and pasted the suggested text from Martin. But I'm not claiming the interest so I don't know if it's valid for me. Shall I just take the bit out about the interest?

Also, It's coming up that I will need to pay £120!!! do I have to pay that staight away?!? I know I would get it back but it does seem like alot!!

Even though you haven't claimed for interest in your previous letters to the bank I would go ahead and claim for it at court stage as you will get it all.

Yes you do have to pay the court fee straight away

Okay guys so how do I answer the next question?

Does or will your claim include any issues under the Human Rights Act 1998?

    Coz I don't have a clue!!!

And the answer to the "reserve the right to claim interest" is yes isn't it?

I'm a bit lost as you can tell!!

    LOL
