0845 numbers are not local call rate but lo call rate, different thing and generally more expensive.
Have a read of the FAQ on MCOL regarding what to do but do not "close" your case until the money is in your account.

When you file for court through MCOL does the 14 days start straight away from when the claim was requested or from after the 5 day court validation period. Plus my 5 days is up today but its status is still waiting for validation, do i need to allow tiume for the easter holidays.0

I filed a claim against A&L last night for a claim that was a joint account but there was nowhere to put that this was a joint account. Does it matter?0

OK so we filed on MCOL on 9th March, HSBC intended to defend all the claim, that was the same day, had nothing since and I think that the 28 days are up now , so what do I do? Do I click on judgement? Or wait until tomorrow? I'm thinking because it's a government department that they will have the whole of Easter off!! Thus giving HSBC another day or 2. Thanks in advance.0

UPDATE: Called CCBC today they told me to call MCOL. I called and was told that "the defendant had asked for the case to be struck off as it is not a valid claim and it had been passed to the district judge" I asked if there was anything further I could do and was told I had to wait. Anyone had this response? Why was my request for judgment refused? Any feedback welcome!
CheersStick to YOUR timescale. Dont take ANY bull. DONT be intimidated. The law is on OUR side.Feel free to thank me if I was a help

Hello all
Just a quickie!
Do you include the charges + interest in the 'amount claimed' box, or just the charges (having included the information about charges and interest etc in the particulars of claim?)
Am confused! Please help!

the total claim amount minus court fees, you then put a breakdown in the particulars. The court fees are automatically added on by MCOL0
