Moneyclaim Online (MCOL) question

Thanx underground, I sent the letter threatening court action and received no reply, do I wait the 7 days for them to repond or the 14 days to see if they pay back?0
-
 Don't panic just yet!
You can't claim via MCOL using a Visa/Electron card but you can print off a form which you then complete and take to your local County Court with the appropriate fee.:D

Good luck anyway - I'm waiting for list of charges from Abbey, Woolwich & Capital One. Just about to send letter off to Black Horse requesting same.0 -

The recommendation used to be 7 days, but is now 14 days.
I think this is a good idea because it shows the court that you have given the bank plenty of time to respond to your claim.
Best of luck

None of them yet! You have to wait 14 days first, and if they don't acknowledge, THEN you can enter Judgement by Default.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Need some advice please. I began an online court claim, they haven't defended etc so they get the 14 days to respond and the 14 days is up on Friday. I was just wondering what my next step would be so i have a few days to prepare anything i might need to.
When the bank defend, you usually get an Allocation Questionnaire, have you received this?0 -
My bank (Nationwide) has completed an Acknowledgement of Service on 16th March 2007 but I have heard absolutely nothing since! I am wondering when I will receive the Allocation Questionnaire as I want to change the location of the court hearing, which is currently in Northampton (a long way from my home address!).0

I believe the courts are dispensing with Allocation Questionnaires. The bank have 28 days after they file an acknowledgement - think that should be about the 13th April.LBM 22nd February 2007 - Amount in debt £72,242.23:confused: one month on  £63,900;) 2nd month 60,000.09

Barclays have 28 doays from when the papers were deemed to be served which was probably 7/8th April (will be on your paperwork) so the 28 days will probably be up on Tuesday/ Wednesday of next week. SIt tight and try again Tuesday.
