Ring MCOL and ask them to add the account number to your claim.

    Thanks Beate,

I phoned MCOL, forgot to mention in my post earlier that I am claiming bank charges on my wife's behalf, and they were not able to talk to me. But the lady I did speak to asked what I have done and she informed me that the bank should be able to find out the account number etc by the address and if there are any problems I will be notified. Still I feel pretty stupid and wished I had used the CAG template. Oh well lesson learned...

Neither interest nor court fee count towards the £5,000 mark so you will be fine.

I have a quick question with regards my 3 credits cards which I have had with the Halifax - 2 of which are closed now - but what I need to know is - when I file on MCOL - can I put all three amounts together and claim as one larger amount or do I need to claim for 3 separate amounts.

    Thanks very much

Do you actually mean the 29 January 2007 ??
If so and they haven't put in a defence you should ask for judgement.
The acknowledgement of the claim just means the intention to defend, and they get 28 days from date claim served as opposed to 14 days.
If no defence made then you ask the court to award you judgement by default once the 28 days are up.

Thanks for that and sorry it should have read 29/3/07. So I take it they have 28 days after the claim is served to file a defence, if they decide to defend will they send info to my address.

    Hello

Just out of interest, how much does it cost to use this online claim service?
some pay £30 and other £120: does it increase with the amount your trying to reclaim??
