If you ring the court, they'll take you through how to make an amendment ... it involves filling out a couple of forms I gather and costs £35. They're very helpful ... I should know, I've rung them loads or times:rolleyes:
I've also forgot to mention that I didn't use the template, I didn't realise it was on the main page, so entered my own words, is there any way that I can change this as well, or would I be better off cancelling and resubmitting, if this is possible, all rather embarrassing so far.:o0 -
HSBC have defended my claim aswell, they only had until tuesday, thats seems to be their trick, leave everything till the last possible minuteto dgar it out as long as poss! :mad:0

I had a feeling this was what was going to happen - got notice today that Natwest intend to defend all of my claim
I'm feeling pretty sick about it this morning, despite all the brave words I've spoken to others. Could do with some moral support please !!!!

Have a word with the court, maybe you can do it all for £35. Whatever, they'll recommend the best course of action for you. You're not alone, I've read of plenty of people who've not used the template.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -

Will do, I just wish I'd used some common sense when filing the claim, a good lesson for everyone to learn, take your time and read everything.
Thanks a lot for your help.:T0 -
hi there i had a letter back money claim online the bank has ackowledged the claim and are defending all of the claim and the letters been signed by the banks solicitor do i need to worry?0

Just recieved a letter this morning confirming the claim, which is great.
HOWEVER when I checked my balance this morning, The Woolwich have deposited the value of the charges back into my account (no interest and obviously no £50 court fee).
What do I do now? I obviously want my £50 court fee back, so do I continue with the claim? - we have not recieved a letter from the bank since our first letter went out some 5 weeks ago..... And if I continue, will they just deduct what I have recieved already?
Help anyone....

If you have a joint account obviously you have to include both names however it says are you an organisation or individual(the very first thing you asked to start the claim) obviously its individual but only says
surname
forename
which means one person?Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no.435- Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts :cool:0 -
Can anyone offer any advice please? We've just received a copy of the defence as filed by Abbey. Do we also have to file a defence? If so, where can I find out what we need to put in it. I've had a look on the CAG website, but am not entirely sure what I'm supposed to be looking for.
Any help would be greatly received.

assuming you have the same surname, can you not just put
SURNAME: Bloggs
Forename: Mr James21 and Mrs James21
If not, can you just claim under one name? I can't see that it would make any difference... ur debit card only has ur name on it...
U could always call the court for advice, all the people that have spoken to them so far have said they seem very helpful
