at the northampton court, can u do anything to change the
court,i do not have a car at the moment, and it is a 3 hour
    journey from where i live.
also im worried about a court date, has i might get baffled

Don't worry, Northampton is just the default court, if a court date has to be made, it will automatically transfer to your local court. It is also most likely that the bank will settle before so don't worry too much about an actual court appearance - even if you have to go, most banks don't bother to turn up.
    Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH

When ur entering the amount to claim, do u have to put the original charges total and the interest? Or just the original charges?

    Thanx

    Hello
I've just filed with MoneyClaim online which was all pretty straightforward following Martin's advice.

However, I really don't know what happens now. Do I receive notification from court so that I can send them the spreadsheet of details, interest etc. Does the court notify the bank directly (meaning I don't have to?)?

I can't see an FAQ section on the MCOL web site but maybe I'm just missing something.

    Anyone help?
    Thanks in advance.

That's handy to know - thanks for that :T

Fingers crossed for both of us that they don't acknowledge or defend!

    Pam

Well, Nastywest acknowledged my claim today, so now have until 20th May to either put in a defence or pay up (MCOL says they have 28 days to file a defence from the date the claim was served on them). I just know they'll drag it out to the bitter end
