Mornin all,
Quick question - moneyclaim went in and now shows an issued date of 18/4/07 which is the day after I paid. Status is currently issued. When can I start the judgement - can I do it today or do I still have to wait another 5 days?
Thanks all!
No you have to wait a bit longer than that! Read up on the timing in my post in the Reclaim Help Thread - scroll right down:

You ask for bank charges + recalculated interest.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Hiya moneysavers!
I was reclaiming 700 pounds (inc interest) from HSBC, and got to the stage where I had started the online moneyclaim proceedings. They had acknowledged the claim, but then few days later they sent me a letter offering me 520 pounds. I was prepared to accept this in full settlement of the claim (I have a 1000 pound overdraft with them, so I didn't want to push my luck, also I'm pregnant and don't want to stress myself out!!:o ) so I signed the form accepting this offer. The letter said they would put the money in my account by 7 working days. This hasn't happened yet (it has only been a couple of days so far) but it has suddenly occured to me- I have no idea how to stop the online claim! How would I go about stopping the online claim? And should I stop the claim now or wait until the money goes into my account? This is really worrying me, please if anyone knows how I should proceed please let me know
Thanks!

Hi there,
Don't stop the claim until the money is safely banked. You should be able to stop the claim online but, if you're having problems, just ring the court ... they very helpful (I should know, I've rung them loads of times:rolleyes:).
Above all, stop worrying and give the bank a ring if they delay further ... you're almost there and certainly a lot nearer to getting your money than I am at the moment.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
I am no expert, but surely you have to wait for the 14 days to be up, as they have that long to file a defence?0

If, after 14 days, the bank has not acknowledged your claim you can start judgement by default.
If they acknowledge within the 14 days then the bank has 28 days to file a defence.I am a Travel Agent My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are E7760/3970. Hi - just a quick question. Have sent LBA letter off to HSBC which they have already received. Am pretty sure they won't make me an offer within the 14 day limit, so decided to do a little research on the local county court, as was intending to claim via N1 at the appropriate time. They've advised they send all requests to Haywards Heath to be processed and it'll take 5-10 working days.
From reading the threads regarding MCOL, there isn't the space to input all the relevant details including my a/c details, but I don't really want to give the bank another 2 weeks to mess me around either if I issue proceedings via N1.
Have I got the space issue right? Is there another way I can put all the details on MCOL in the allotted space??
Any help/ideas welcome! Thanks0 -
If you look at posts 6 and 11 at the beginning of this thread, you will see particulars of claim which fit in the space and include everything relevant.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Many thanks for this. Have just copied & pasted onto Word for use at the appropriate time...
One further question: Although I've included charges from April '01 in the original claim, by the time it gets to the MCOL stage, of course the six years under the statute of limitations will have passed.
It's only one charge from April. Can this still be included or will I have to delete from the claim? Thanks in advance0 -
When ur entering the amount to claim, do u have to put the original charges total and the interest? Or just the original charges?
Thanx
