Hi
As you are actually filing online can you answer my question please on cost of filing claim. the amount being cloimed is 475.00 plus interest which equals 563.00,
will the cost be 50.00 or 80.00.
If its the lower I could do it tonight rather than tomorrow when I get to bank to add funds.
thanks

hehe just reminded me...
when I first filled in the MCOL claim form I put myself as the defendant and the claimant. That was either a sure fire win but also a lose LOL
Thankfully I re-read it all before processing - now I keep away from wine when sorting important things out :rotfl:0 -

I'm afraid I don't know the answer. The cost came up as £30 for my claims. They are only £57 and £157, so not very much.
Perhaps it would show you on the werbsite?0 -

Well I have to admit that I put in my 2 claims today.
One with me as the defendent and claimant and one with me as the defendent....which is why I decided to check up on the terminology.
The moneywise helpdesk were great and cause I had only just put the claims in, they were able to cancel the claims and refund my money!
Thought I'd make sure exactly who was who and do the claims again tomorrow, when I feel a bit calmer!:eek:0 -
Hi can anyone help with this quick question please?! My claim was issued on the 12th april, deemed served on the 17th of april and the defendant has until 1st may to reply. So far they have not even acknowledged (although I know its quite probable that they will at the last minute), my question is if they dont reply can I file for judgement on the 1st of may or do i have to wait until the 2nd? Sorry for appearing stupid...I think I'm just trying to will the time over!!
many thnaks

I wondered about this and have asked the question on the CAG forum ... it seems they have up until 9am on the morning of the 29th day. Some folks are waiting up 'til midnight on the 28th day, but don't think this is really necessary (unless you can't sleep of course:rolleyes:).Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0

I have put a claim in yesterday with money claim online, for a Lloyds account, but today the status of the claim has changed to 'issued' , which is ok but the issued date is 13/04/2007 (2 weeks ago)have they done this wrong ?
Same thing has happened to me, put the claim in on Thursday this week says issued date 13.4.07 any ideas ?0 -
