Moneyclaim Online (MCOL) question

I started MCOL last week and my claim says 'issued 19 April'. That was a week ago. When will it change to served? I thought it was deemed to be served 5 days after it was issued?
Any ideas?I am a Travel Agent My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are E7760/3970. MSE doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it. Atol numbers can be checked with the Civil Aviation Authority. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Travel Agent Code of Conduct.0 -

Any ideas?
You should have received a 'Notice of Issue' from the Court in which it would have stated the Issue date and the 'deemed served' date (which is 5 days after the issue date) It still says 'issued' on my claim - I expect it stays that way until the bank acknowledge or defend the claim

sorry if this has been asked ( i know it has!)
i just need confirmation of a few things as im filling in mcol form now.
My charges are £2459.19
8% Interest is £391.54
When working out my daily interest i got 0.54p .. is this ok? as in £2459.19 times .00022.
Also should i use the template posted in this thread by rex mundi or use the template letter saved in martins step by step guide?
One more thing I dont know when i opened my account !! does this date matter as it is required in rex mundis template.
Thanks guys0 -
I am filling out a claim for Halifax with the MCOL, Am i the Claimant and Halifax is the defendant? Finding it all a bit confusing0

Ignore previous question - I am the claimant - think my brain is frazzled0

I haven't received a Notice of Issue - would this come in the post?I am a Travel Agent My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are E7760/3970. Hi,
Just going to fill in the form on the Moneyclaim website...
Am I right in thinking that the credit card company is the defendent?
And I'm the claimant?
Is that right?0 -
It should have come in the post. It won't change to "Served", just to "Acknowledged" or "Defence".Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH0 -
