Moneyclaim Online (MCOL) question

Lloyds TSB acknowledged my claim, but then didn't defend it - so on 17/04 I requested a judgement, which was issued on the 18th. How do I now go about getting my money? Do I wait until another amount of time is left and then issue a warrant? Do I try and contact them - if so do I phone their call centre or the solicitors who acknowledged the claim (and if it's the latter does anyone have contact details for them?).
Please help, I'm so close, but it still seems so far away!0 -
Just filling out my MCOL. I am claiming for my two accounts from Barclays, on one letter.
Firstly do I have to fill two claims in on MCOL or deal with both accounts on one claim. Also I have no idea when these accounts were opened, do I need this information or can this be deleted?0 -

Perhaps someone else can answer your first query but, with regard to the second one, I was also unsure of the date the account was opened, so changed the template to add the period of time I was claiming for. Apparently it does not matter much about entering the date the account was opened ... the bank have easy access to this information.Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0 -
I done my mcol request last friday and in the judgement it said requested.

In my letters ive been chasing £240 and with the extra charge it now comes to £265. what shall i do?
Can we go back further than 6 years? I have charges that go back further and have not put a claim into Barclays for these. As I am filling in MCOL at moment, does bank need to be informed if extra charges are added?0 -

Yes. Read my post in the Reclaim Help Thread on timings on MCOL (right at the end of the thread)

Hi.
After some advice lol
I issued my money claim against the woolwich on 10th april. mcol sent me a letter saying they had until 29th. Today they acknowledged the claim.
Does this mean
1) they have a further 14 days to decide what they are going to do, pay me or file a defense?
2) So if i filed on 10th april when will the 28 days be up?
3) what are they most likely to do?
Many thanks

Have a look at the Help Thread (last post), which gives you the timescales.
There's no "standard" as to what the bank will do ... they may or may not file a defence. You could get a cheque/money in your account any day now, or they may take it all the way and scare you into thinking it will go to court (very unlikely).
