  • Hi All,

    RE: LLoyds MCOL

    Just a little question...
I filed a claim with MCOL on the 4th April.... Lloyds have put in a defence already - as of yesterday (17th April)!
I think, from what I have read, that this hasnt been left until the last minute by them - considering there was also Good Friday and Easter Monday in the middle of it where everything shut down etc....
By my workings out, they had until the approx the 23rd April to defend (taking in bank hols etc).

Does this seem a little strange to you, or possibly are they using a different tactic?

Anyone else seen this from Lloyds??

I don't think i'm complaining about them putting in a defence earlier..... as it means the ball is rolling and we're getting on with the claim... but just a bit confused.

    Thanks

    Hi

I am just about to take Rbos to court online, my first question is: -

Which address should i use for RBOS & What do i enter as claim description?

    Sorry to sound dumb!

    Thanx

Look at the "sticky" re-claiming help thread for the correct address.
If you look at post 6 on this thread, if will tell you what to enter as your claim description.icon7.gif
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS

    Hi,

So, RBS's 28 days are up and I'm requesting judgement by default.

    My question is:

I'm on page 4 of 5 on the judgement by default section. Everything's fine, I've worked out my interest etc, but the court fees shown on claim section says £0.00. I paid £120 in fees and this is not coming up on the total. Does this mean I'm not getting the court costs back?

Really want to submit the form but don't want to do it till I know I'm 100% right.

    Thanks.
  • Hi

Tried entering address for MCOL on Royal Bank Of Scotland and it wont let me as it is not in England & Wales.

Does anyone have an English address for Royal Bank Of Scotland?

    Thanx in advance

    Hi,
Im filing my claim online, I have sent the bank a list of charges including intrest up to the date i sent the letter to them. Can I now change the intrest figure to include the days from that letter up to todays date? Or do i keep it the same?
