Moneyclaim Online (MCOL) question

I am completing the documents required on the MCOL web site and i need a little help with a couple of questions.
1, THE DEFFENDANT'S ADDRESS - IS THIS MY LOCAL BRANCH OR THE HEAD OFFICE?
2, HOW WILL THE BANK KNOW WHICH ACCOUNT THE CLAIM REFERS TO AS THERE IS NO SPACE TO PUT IN ACCOUNT DETAILS?
3, ONE OF THE CLAIMS IS FOR A JOINT ACCOUT, DO I CLAIM AS AN INDIVIDUAL (STATING BOTH OUR NAMES) OR AS AN ORGANISATIO.
Thanks Chris

1. Either is permitted.
2. You put the account number in the particulars. Read post 6 and 11 for a good text to put in the particulars.
3. I would think as an individual.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Thanks for that. I will sleep easy now.

Hi All
I've recieved a letter from MCOL entitled 'Notice of Acknowldgement Service has been filed' . There is a Cross in a box by the writing saying :I intend to defend all of this claim and a printed name of Wendy Starr Legal Specialist.
I take it this means that I have to go to court now to get my charges back? I guess there's a few of you that have been in this position so I'd just like some advice please."I AM THE GATEKEEPER OF MY OWN DESTINY" Nacho Libre

As the bank didnt respond in 28days. Do we issue a warrant now, or wait for the bank, the MCOL site isnt helpful on this point0

I have already done a claim online for myself but now I am helping a friend and Im stuck.
The account is a joint account with her husband - can I just put my friends name only or do I have to put both of their names,
any help please0 -
Its a joint account so put both names.“Lies run sprints, but the truth runs marathons. The truth will win this marathon in court.”

All this means is the banks have 28 days from the date they got served instead of 14 days (its a good strategy for the banks) and its the intention to defend doesn't mean to say they will or you will end up in court, just sit quietly and wait for their next move.0 -
Hi everybody!
Just a quick one as I think this has just been answered above, but I got a letter today titled "Notice that Acknowledgment of Service has been filed" further to submitting MCOL claim.
This Acknowledgment letter advises me that HSBC intend to defend all of my claim for approx. £1195!!
Should I be worried? As it was acknowledged on 16/04/07, do they now have until 14/05/07 to put in a defence? What shoudl I do if they do?
Any advice, maybe from other HSBC users, would be appreciated, as I am a little worried now...!
