selling your stuff on Amazon - part 8 - advice for newbies in the first 2 posts

Hi all, I have got a boxed set of bridget jones diary in really good condition. There is no listing for them at the moment and i con't find a price on bookfinder either. Any ideas on how much I should put.

Thanks for your help earlier on.. the sale has gone through but now i've just realised that with what Amazon is paying me and once i pay postage tomorrow on the video i will have about 1gbp left... probably not worth it really (with envelope and tape) .. what do you think? do you find that sometimes you really don't make any profit? or very little...but keep going..
just curious really of people's experience...

Videos are a real pain on Amazon the postage allowance is very low so at the last postage hike I gave up on most of my videos and gave them away.

As a rule would you say that non fiction fetch better prices than fiction?? I have listed m,ost of my non fiction and am going on to my fiction, but these seem to be listing cheaper.

I think that it's because there are just people with more fiction than none, what book would you normally buy?

hello i am still here, sorry have not logged onto this board for a couple of nights been catching up with the competitions, sorry to tease you mishka, the sale is at the central hall and i am sure it runs from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm, as i said i don't know what it will be like the last one was good but you never know at these events,there are also 5 charity shops to have a look round if you get a spare mo
