I've received a 4/5 feedback, would it be rude if I contacted the buyer to ask why?

Also, any suggestion on what to do with old books (1920ish)

I was looking at one sellers feedback and when he got a 4/5 he would reply "Why not a five then, if you were happy?" He had quite a lot of 1/5 too and he always had an answer to put the blame on the customer. Still got plenty of 5/5 too. Its a funny old world.

I have had lots of 4/5 saying they were happy with the service and I felt like you do. Not had one recently though, but it does cause a smart I must say.:)

Are you just putting the numbers in without dashes or spaces?
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.
