Hi, Emailed Mr Hester on Thursday just received a call saying there is nothing they can do and everyone's case is being looked at in date order with no exceptions!

I emailed both Monday evening and up to now no reply and no refund, RBS are a let down.

Suprisingly got an offer from Direct Line (RBS) today as promised!!! Still states will endeavour to pay out within 28 working days!!

But still no sign of payment for my Nat West credit card - lost count of how many days I am now!!! Think it will be around 40 by Friday!!!

Got it! The refund of the PPI money was keyed into my (dormant) current account, and today I received two cheques for the interest including the additional interest that they owed me for exceeding the 28 day payout period.

Emailing seems to have worked. Good luck everyone.

i got my ppi back from natwest but there put it in funny! i have no letters or anything i had to ring a ppi phone number i have.

there put money back into my account and then the interest and then out interest into my loan account! there knocked the payements down also on the loan! i thought i would have got a cheque or just payed all at once...very odd

still waiting on a call. did anyone just get the payout into their bank with no call? also at present i have no actual figures to work off. all i know is that is from three refinanced loans plus 8% interest. its frustrating because i have no idea what amount it will be.

also has any recieved payment into their account half way thriough the day?

Well emailing the Mr Hester seems to work I found tonight £3100 in my account still owes another £300.00 but it's a start, they were 10 working days late I just wonder with out the email how long would I of waited ?
