Great news :j I did infact email hester at about 930 this morning, but have not as yet had any reply or acknowledgement, but to be fair, I'd rather they just paid up/out
Do you think its worth me also fw my email to the other guy listed on page 5 of this thread too?0 -
I'd best post this before the drink takes effect! Emailed Stephen.Herster@rbs.co.uk yesterday with reference numbers included and expressed disappointment about having got the letter about the extra time it was going to take for repayments. Emailed again today - reference numbers included- 'cos nobody had been in touch and it was day 28 for me - acceptance on their system sept 12th. Anyway, I checked my account this morning and at dinner and there had been no monies payed back. Just checked about 6.30pm and I had an extra £5,000. It's half of what they owe me but it will do for now. YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

Im on working day 33 at the moment and received a letter yesterday to say sorry about the wait. Can i just ask, the people who received cheques....is this because you no longer have accounts with Natwest?
Thanks x
As I understand it, this is the case0 -
Hi all, am new to this and it's good to know that we are not the only ones having problems with RBS, seems that they give us all the same info, well you can hardly call it info, we are at 33 working days now, phoned RBS and finally got through after 7 minutes and was told that they have a backlog and there would be a delay of upto 2 weeks, why we should have to wait a further 2 weeks when we have be waiting since january 2011, it seems that they are trying to hold onto our money for as long as they can, wondering if we are ever going to get our money back?0

Hi all, just thought I would let you know that i have started getting my payments in dribs and drabs today (i increased my loan 7 times).
I emailed Mr Hester yesterday so i really do think you should all email. I only asked in the email what date was i looking at...nothing too angry (i was waiting for my 2nd email to do that lol) and i have had results!
Everybody who is waiting, please send an email and then hopefully after the weekend you will have your payments. I am on day 34 today.
Good luck EVERYONE! xx0 -
Just a quick question, did you get any form of acknowledgement or response to your email or just the payout?
The reason why I ask is, I emailed Stephen.Hester@rbs.co.uk yesterday morning (from hotmail acct) and heard nothing, not even an auto-reply simillar to others previously posted. Concerned that they may not like hotmail accts I sent / forwarded the email again to Stephen.Hester@rbs.co.uk and allso to ron.teerlink@rbs.co.uk last night.
So far Ive seen nothing appear in (natwest) acct nor had any for of reply to either email. Guess I'm at that frustrated point....0 -
I emailed on Thursday, nothing too bad either, but have had no response as yet, I am now on day 300
