I got another payment from Natwest today - just awaiting the interest payment as they do it in two parts

Almost 10k refunded now

I don't have the old statements for the loan - is there no way I can work out what the interest would be on a payment without it? I am not sure there is seeing as the 8% is done on the loan amount and interest isn't it?

Had a letter yesterday the same as some of you guys to say thanks for your acceptance blah blah blah.

Just received cheque in the post today!!!

My 28 days was up 10th October.

There is hope!!!

Im on working day 33 at the moment and received a letter yesterday to say sorry about the wait. Can i just ask, the people who received cheques....is this because you no longer have accounts with Natwest?

I have in total a £14k claim with RBS, its in 5 parts as I kept topping up my loan. I received the acceptance letter on 17 October saying it could take up to 4 weeks for the more complex cases. I have today 20 October recd £3k into my account, I dont know how they have come to this figure as none of the offers add up to this amount. I have tried to call but cant get through (surprise suprise) I will keep trying. Im hoping that I well be getting the rest asap.

Still waiting........ I received "the letter" yesterday. What a load of old tosh! Anyway, I get married next week so I've got other stuff to think about - hopefully when I get back from my honeymoon I'll have a nice chunk of cash in the bank waiting for me.... which will be greatly needed haha!
