I love this newly released iPhone - it's saved me a lot of money that would be better spent elsewhere anyway! :D

IMO the future of smartphones is in Android, anybody with half a brain cell can see that.

    Not so sure.

Google buying Motorola may mean the Motorola phones get upgrades first, and that would upset other makers.

HTC who are one of the top three (Apple, HTC and Blackberry) and they are hedging bets with Android and Win7 Phones, and have been one of the names rumoured to be looking to buy WebOs although thats unlikely.

Like it or not the phone will fly out of the doors. Apple is heads an sholders above all comptitirs in the interface, It has it's detractors, yes it's a closed system, but it works well, has the best App store around and people like it.

I think you can get a refurbed 4 from apple store by trading in the 3GS,I certainly did it when I chopped my 3 in a few years back made the phone a decent price.

I quite like my 4 but am a bit bored with no flash etc,if them muppets at apple had any sense they would have software like that in iOS

Yes it is very easy with android...
you can also get the SGS II which is a better phone than the 4s on a 12 month contract @ £30pm + £99 for the handset from mobiles.co.uk which comes to a total of £459.

Any chance you can link me to that? I can only find it on a 24 month contract.
