I misread fee's and they are £175 an hour! but still high!. I am on looking for the sheets to print of, Dp is still not happy about going it alone, but I want to, then if he fights it maybe consider a solicitor then?official dfw nerd club member no 214

Is your son still at his dad's place cattie or are both kids now with you?0

Great news, thanks for updating and letting us know. I know things take a while (it's not really that far away) but it will be for the best - now he has done this once he can do it again and you need your boys to be secure and stable.0
-
Speak to his dad and get him to reassure his son
work out whatever you have to with the dad to ensure both boys live together. If the younger one needs his older brother for security then thats a natural thing. It may also be his idol as it usually is the case
You parents have to work this out for the sake of your son. People have to make sacrifices so work out what is best for the kids.
UPDATED: Sorry just read your update and realise thats exactly what you've done. Well done for taking that stepMFW - <£90kAll other debts cleared thanks to the knowledge gained from this wonderful website and its users!0 -

I just wanted to let everyone that posted on this thread know I got full residency of both of my children :j
I did it on my own, however the solicitor did call and give me advice a few times, The solicitor turned out to be amazing and didn't charge me anything so ended up with a nice bottle of red for his service!
Many thanks for all of the advice and helpofficial dfw nerd club member no 214
