My Vue 2for1 card expires on 28th Feb. Does anyone know of any sites offering these if you buy something/register for something. previous ones came from Boots/Max Factor and CD Wow.
If you can point me to correct thread I'd be grateful.

Just got back from seeing The Illusionist - I thought it was brilliant. I love films like that (can't say any more as I'll give something away!). Helped by the fact that Edward Norton is absolutely one of my most favourite actors. Brilliant.
Many thanks to the OP on the newspaper daily thread for letting me know about tickets :j0 -
The Illusionist is PG cert, but I was wondering if any of kind MSers who have watched it could comment on its suitability for kids (7-9 yrs).0

Cineworld do one:

it quotes a price per month but I would check the suscription period as the last time I looked at this (when they were UCI) you signed up for 12 months.0 -

There were quite a few kids in the cinema when I went to see it - some were about 8 or 9. They seemed to enjoy it as I didn't hear any shuffling/whispering/bored type things, but personally I thought they might get boredIt seems a bit 'adult' to me (but not in a not suitable adult sort of way e.g. swearing etc). Sorry I can't be any more help, I don't have kids!

I'm afraid "The Illusionist" didn't do it for me. Despite the beautiful photography it seemed to lack something... pace, charisma, I dunno. I usually like atmospheric period films but this one failed to convince me. I felt like doing a disappearing trick myself.
But, as my mum said on leaving, at least it is a free night out. I'm looking forward to the next one.Just looking to save a few pennies here and there0
