  • If you're wondering if a film is right for you before you go, even though FREE is always the right price then have a look at rottentomatoes.com

Even the critics don't agree, so you can find an opinion close to your own after the event.

That may be difficult with previews but the last two "The Illusionist" and "A Guide..." have been around for a while so they have entries.

They have a meter of good and bad critiques - The Tomatometer
Just looking to save a few pennies here and there
  • Yup, it worked fine for me. Just log in with your username and password and it should be all plain sailingfrom there.

    I know I shouldn't do this - but because there's very little time .....
I've gone and booked myself two tickets for The Illusionist at the Sheffield Odeon for next Tuesday (27/02) at 6:30pm, only to realise I can't go (doh!).
If anyone wants them, let me know.

I am sorry to say but I can not go to that screening either. Mainly because I dont live around Sheffield (I suspect more than 90% of people dont live around Sheffield)
and secondly this website's term disallow me to share my personal details or ask you to share yours in order to pick up/recieve tickets.

I do appologise for any disappointment this may cause..

P.S. Jokes aside, please do not post personal offers, use frecycle if you want. Happy posting....
  • Surely free cinema tickets can be given by email. I don't think emailing is against the rules is it?

PERSONAL DETAILS AND THE OFFERING OF ITEMS FOR SALE/TRADE/EXCHANGE/SWAP/GIFTS

Please refrain from requesting the exchange of personal details either on the forum, via PM or email; particularly for the purposes of selling/trading/exchanging/swapping or giving as gifts. This includes posting links to your ebay auctions, or other forms of advertising.

If someone appears to be selling items on the board it may be deleted by the board guides/forum team. The aim is to protect site users as however honourable the intention, your safety is paramount.

30 days free trial of 2 for 1 cinema tickets at VUE.

I know this isn't totally free, or previews, but if you missed a preview or would like to see one again or you don't have the orange deal then it might be useful to you.

This is normally £3.99 per month. You can blast the cinema for a month and then let your OH, friend or relative apply for another month.

If this isn't the correct place, then apologies all round and board guide feel free to do the necessary.

Having read the T&C's etc it seems that you can only watch certain films and only at certain cinemas so worth checking before you apply

    See HERE
    I haven't got one!

webkami - Thanks for that. I'll just contact them and tell them to cancel my tickets. I signed up for them, spoke to OH to be told it's her nieces birthday and if I don't turn up, they'll take turns to kill me!

  • I wasn't talking about swapping personal details. If someone has tickets they can't go to can they not email the confirmation page to someone who can go?
