go for it.. i worked away for years and years..i retired at the age of 40 because i could because of the hard work i had done working 84 hr weeks as the norm...i was offered a job last week at £400 per day and did not take it as i did not want to work away ever again..plus its off on holidays time next week,,work hard as hell young and later sit back and enjoy the rewards.

yes i have two girls one who was born while i worked away and the other one who was born 2 years before i finished working away..i had to leave two days after my last one was born and that hurt but if you look at it anyone who works away is home more than someone who works around here because for every month i worked i got a paid month off.
I set up my own business with some of my savings and it done really well that i was able to sell it and retire.
The financial gains will last generations because we are comfortably well off and the children will want for nothing later in life.
I would say to anyone to have a go at it because the rewards outweigh the negatives. It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
