Oooh I just noticed I have earnt my second star!!
Heading off for a bottle of wine now for a good office gossip! Being a bit naughty by tweaking my £10 a day budget to advance myself but it's needed!

Morning team,
We are speaking quietly on this thread today please! The second bottle of wine was most unessecary - why didnt anyone tell me this at the time?! Anyway only spent my £15 so today is a NSD to make up for that.
Went to boots this am and got 3 for 2 on my vitamins and 3 for 2 on tights - all paid for with my advantage points
i just updated my spreadsheet to include all the upcoming social engagements between now and xmas.... ouch.... this is going to be a financial challenge of the greatest degree! One is 100% paid for by work, a couple are partially paid for, some I have already paid for tickets .... not drinks etc but that leaves a lot to save for!!!! I am going to need all the help I can get! I'm going to tot up now how much I need to save and aim to pay for it via ebay, amazon etc .... It may be time for me to say I'm well and truly booked up for xmas and turn down anything else I get invited to.
Have a good one all...Santander 0% £1,529.94

Urgh I feel sick...
I just totted up the costs for those nights out....
If I only spend £20 on each evening and if i take into account any costs I need to pay before ie meals or tickets then I need to save about £290.....
Time to get thrifty....Santander 0% £1,529.94

Feeling a little better about this now... I have just played a bit more with my clever spreadsheet....
The predicted cost for all of this if I budget £20 for each night is £360, I have already paid £40 so that leaves £320 to make up.
On the day itself I will spend my £10 budget for that day on the night out, so that leaves me £170 to find.
My parents have £100 that belongs to me which I was keeping aside for this exact situation, so that leaves me £70 to find...
I think I should be able to manage that with some e-baying and thriftiness! Also if I have NSD's then those tenners will all add up to add to the cause..
Wish me luck, last xmas (and more than likely the one before too) I think I increased my credit card bill by about a grand :eek::mad: so to get through this xmas without using credit will be a massive acheivement.
Just to plan it like this is a good start that I have never acheived before, I just used to wave the magic plastic and not even think about it...Santander 0% £1,529.94

Hi all,
Lovely day today! Up at 5 and rode one of my favourite horses - Ebony - who was a gem, we had a lovely ride through the park and lots of nice long canters, even when my friends horse pratted about she didn't bat an eyelid, love her! Was blooming freezing though - need to dig out the thermals!!
Having a great day at work! Learning a new process and picking it up well so far! I'm such a geek and getting excited by all our systems and excel hahaha!!!
Money wise - today should be a NSD, I am colouring a friends hair after work and she is supplying dinner and wine in returnSantander 0% £1,529.94

Hey,
Friends hair went well last night, she gave me £10 as well as sups and pud! So not only was yesterday a NSD, I also gained a tenner so that's £20 for the xmas social pot!
Today should also be a NSD so that'll be £30 hopefully!Santander 0% £1,529.94
