depends if u mind about 10 fonecalls with customer services lol i would have had the money refunded without a problem if she hadnt had to speak to the store to confirm it because of the amount but on the plus side hubby said he wont tell me to order online again lol

just got some instore, first chance i had so i thought the shelves would be empty, but loads to choose from, only the 6 and 8 packs though, but still really pleased

Had my online shop delivered at 3.15 today. They wanted to charge me 12.84 for 6 boxes of elevenes (2.28 each), so i gave them back to driver. But did get 3x8pk nutrigrain, 3x5k special k red berry bars & 3xchoc orange squares all for £6 :T:T:T:T

Should keep us going!!

My shopping arrived unfortunately without the elevenses bars. At least it left me without the pain of dealing with customer services.

i was overcharged for the 8 packs as well about to email them now im not going to ring them they really do my head in and always seem to get it rectified with email.

I received my order this morning it was made up of the 12 pack elevensies and the 12 pack special K bars. Like everyone else i was charged full price for them. I called CS and was told someone would get back to me.

Called again and spoke to a manager who advised refund will go through today and that for the inconvenience he would credit my account with a £10 e voucher and a free delivery code for next online order...

May be worth asking to speak to a manager for those who are struggling to get things sorted....Good Luck!!
