  • I went in store this morning, all the 4/6 packs still 3 for £2 but no 12 packs. The Elevenses are £2.28 a box or 3 boxes for £2....that's a no-brainer there.

The Rice Krispie square 4 packs on 3 for £2 and I saw someone put back a single four pack and buy an 8 pack for £2.89??? I would have told her but she'd just not two minutes ago, physically pushed me out of the way to get in the reduced fridge.

    Karma.

At the self serve tills I helped an old man to pay when he couldn't figure out the money slot, and then stopped him walking off without his wallet, which must have had £400 crammed in to it, so Karma and I are straight again.

  • shame the 12 pack box no longer works but I was more than happy with the 6 pack of Elevenses and Rice Krispie Squares, got 14 packs so keep us going for a bit :D although may have to go back for more as I just tried the chocolate orange krispie square they are lovely!!!

Well i am more than happy too. I have just been and spent £14 on this offer, the 3 packs for £2 and ended up with 21 multipacks of nutrigrain and squares for £14...really cannot grumble at that, can you! :)

They are the smaller packs, not the 12 packs like some lucky peeps have got, but I am over the moon with this offer!
The opposite of what you know...is also true
  • just been to local asda in npton and cereal bars have been marked up at £1 and the 3 for £2 has been removed. Brought 3 anyway and the 3 for £2 offer still applies.

Um Legally if you have opened those packets they CAN NOT ACCEPT THEM BACK! as you could have tampered with them

I suggest ringing CS and telling them what you have been told to do!

they didnt seem to have a problem with mine. i had 48 bars and 4 flattened boxes of cocopops and 3 boxes of 12 nutrigrain bars collected bagged up with no problem. when i told the store manager that the boxes had already been flattened but she was welcome to them she told me that theyl just celotape them and knock 30p off per box so theyll stil make £3 per box on them :s

WOW I would report that-- By all rights you could have injected them with poision ya know? Its like the chemist because once you walk out the door even if you go home and notice its the wrong meds they HAVE to dispose of it.

I would be really angry if I found out reduced food I was buying was actually returns. INfact Id like to know what store it is because id happily report them

    DISGUSTING asda...
  • Just took the cereal bars out of my basket as they had changed the prices now & were charging between 9 & 11 pounds for the 3 packs!

Never mind , saved me some money on my shopping total & added some other items I needed instead!! ;)
