Can someone tell me when you should be able to see the transaction, thru internet banking.. I placed a online order for these bars on Friday for delivery at 8pm which came to £30.50, order was short so collected remainder from store on Saturday. My order total changed to £138 online and also on delivery paperwork, which I called CS on friday night to which they confirmed only £30.50 would be taken, this was also confirmed Saturday when I collected undelivered items.
Ive still got them in the shopping bags just incase until I see the transaction of £30.50. But nothing showing at all for asda?0 -

You should be able to see your transaction in your online banking services if you paid by debit card or in your online card services, if you paid by credit card. Mind you, even though my online ASDA order was delivered on Friday, my card was charged only yesterday as the ASDA accounting department presumably does not work over the weekends. HTH.Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

Still no payment been took.... No transactions on my online account, though one on Monday I did at Tesco instore does appear..
The order page on Asda online I notice "refund=false" @ the end of the http address?
I wonder if I got them for free?:T:T:T:T:beer::beer::beer:
Still in shopping bags until next Monday or confirmed transaction I think..0 -
So we refused our order last friday (should have been £50.30 tried to charge us £81), contacted customer services as it was showing as delivered, they rung us and left a message saying sorry, will put a free delivery voucher on, no other comp as refused order (fair enough), it was asdas fault as it was an overcharge etc etc.
Anyway just checked our bank online and they've taken £50.30!!!!!!!!!!
Just rung South Africa and they are phoning the store, I have bills due to go out so they better refund it sharpish!0 -

Mine went out of my bank yesterday (delivery was last fri) for the correct amount, they are obviously taking more time so that they can take the correct amount first time0 -
If it's of any interest, they are doing the boxes of 9 Harvest Chewee in ASDA for £1, so two boxes of them is 18 bars for £2 - that's still three weeks of lunch box fillers for £2.00."There is no substitute for time."
Competition wins:
2013. Three bottles of oxygen! And a family ticket to intech science centre. 2011. The Lake District Cheese Co Cow and bunny pop up play tent, cheese voucher, beach ball and cuddly toy cow and bunny and a £20 ToysRus voucher!0
