  • I'm having a nightmare with my order. there service is beyond a joke.

waited on hold 10 minutes to get through the first time. The guy said he would call me back shortly.
called back the following day and spoke to another guy who said he needed to speak to the store. Said he would call me back in 15 minutes. after 5 hours I called a 3rd time and waited 20 minutes in the queue. The guy said he needed to speak to the store manager, and he would call me first thing this morning. No calls all day....

Yesterday when I bought mine, the Elevenses were scanning at £2.28 (as I recall) and I bought 3 boxes of those and 3 of the Nutrigrain (which were cheaper) but I went back later on that day and bought 3 more Elevenses and they were scanning at £1 a box (then going to the 3 for £2 offer).

I guess it's all the same, but I really liked my receipt better when it said I'd saved £8.55 than when it said I'd saved £1 :(

    Hi shadow jam
Don't wait for them to ring you back, happened to me and I refused to accept and insisted I speak to a manager who spoke to the store ( who refused a refund) but he sorted immediately and decided with his own manager I was entitled to a refund

    I managed to get 15 x 6 boxes of elevenses, 6 x 6 elevenses cookies, and 12 x 4 packets of rice crispie squares.

That should keep us going for a while.
