Oops, my shopping is due to arrive anytime before 4pm and I've a pile of 12 pack elevenses as part of the order. I'm now expecting to be charged full price for them, looks like I may have been better off simply visiting the shop yesterday.

Please read my earlier post. If you get in touch with ASDA Customer Service, they will refund you the difference.

The 3 for £2 is still on line for ordinary cereal bars coco-pops/frosties etc but they'll have to wait until I go to the shop, I just can't bring myself to spend £25 on things I don't need this week just so I can have it delivered

Just had my delivery should of been £29.90 inc del was charged £58.77 phoned HO said she has to speak to the store to authorise a refund and will call me back. Will let you know what happens.

be careful with this, im having trouble with them atm about it. i ordered 9 packs of the cocpops and 3 of the special k, got my shopping delivered and was charged full price. rang customer services and was told it would be refunded after it was checked with the store that delivered, got a call to say the differenace fo £33.11 was going to be refunded. then i recieved a horrible call from the groceries manager about it basicaly saying i could either return them for a refund or i was not getin anything. she was horrible about it and stated they can withdraw offers if they want to without notice. i stated that it was stil showing online as she was speaking and that there wil be people stil making the same mistake as me regardless of the glitch they wil be reciveing calls from other people if they get overcharged too. she said i was the only one from their store so shes unaware of it being something alot of people know about. she said i can either return them and get a refund or not and i wont

iv spoken to head office on a number from this site and i should recieve a fonecall from the store manager about it. he was gobsmacked with the way i was spoken to and said he couldnt believe no goodwill gesture was offered. so not a clue whats happening now

Just got my delivery, I've been charged full price for 2 of the rice Krispie bars as no elevenses so have been charged £6.02 as well as no elevenses and magically an extra £3 has been added on from drivers invoice to the thing I signed for, boy phoned the manager for me and he called me back, he's investigating and calling me back, should be £33 now £40????

The person I spoke to said they knew there was a problem with the cereal bars and had a lot of calls in the past day or 2 :rotfl:

theyv changed the site now so no 12 packs are on there

I'm now thinking of just cancelling the order that's due tomorrow! I know it will be a real pain and mucho hassle to sort it and return items when it's delivered.
