Oh they most deff can charge you more-my £30 order showed up with a grand total charged of £92!!!!

Poor driver tried ringing his manager who then tried to fob us off with 'oh the prices must have changed over night and you will be charged the instore price as of today'
So driver suggests we ring cs while he gets on with his deliveries and agrees to come back later to pick up anything we want returned if he need to.
Cs said they would ring store and get them to refund as they could see the offer is still online-i am awaiting a call back.
Fingers crossed they sort this quickly as the kids are waiting to dive into the bags of cereal bars lol

Have these in my basket but worried now as I have ordered the 12 packs - really don't want to be charged full price - to buy or not to buy???

Just a quick question if anyone can help plz :-)..... Do I sign for the order and sort it out with CS afterwards? Or can I refuse to sign until I know what the final charge will be? I hope that makes sense, I'm just a bit worried that I'm about to sign over my entire food budget for next month on cereal bars only for CS to not honor the prices of the offer!

I'm on the phone to them now as they have really messed up my order.

The order I placed yesterday is due to be delivered between 8am and 6pm today but when I signed in half an hour ago, there was an email to say that I had not completed my order. (I had! I had checked out and had made the cc payment and had received the confirmation email.)

The only thing I could think of was that perhaps when I went in to have a look at my order last night, it had triggered some sort of problem. So, I "completed" the order in the hope that my reserved delivery slot was still on hold for me. Wrong!! This action generated a duplicate order (for delivery tomorrow now!)and I cannot begin to tell you the complications and telephone calls to CS that followed!! Arghhhh!!!!

The upshot is that when I told them to cancel tomorrow's delivery and proceed with today's (as I have arranged to be here today now anyway), they cancelled today's order and now cannot reinstate it! So, it will now be delivered tomorrow and no doubt I will not get the offers I added onto my regular shopping as I feel sure they will be out of stock by then!

Thanks for the heads up on this I went to my local store yest and stocked up :-) We get through lots of cereal bars in our house so this was a brilliant saving. I get my shopping deliverd by asda every week but didn't even bother to put these on my order as at my store any good offers are always conveniently substituted meaning I always miss out as when things on offer are substituted even if its just one of the items on the offer you end up paying the full amount for all of the items! Also in my experience the call centre that deal with problems on home shopping are next to useless as are my local store when things go wrong with my orders so good luck with all those who have placed orders for the cereal bars I hope you all get them okay.

ive just had my order been charged full amount as not on offer in my asda phoned head office just had a call back from store, told to take them all back as not on offer cant do anything, so angry

Just back from thePeterborough store. Elevenses are no longer on offer in this store (boxes of 6) - even got them price checked and they said it was a mistake and no longer on offer! GUTTED! (still showing on offer online though!) Still managed to stock up on the rice crispy squares and nutri grain bars though

My ASDA order, which included cereal bars, was delivered today. I noticed that I had been overcharged and so I rang the ASDA 0800 number and was fully refunded the difference. HTH those who had placed orders before this promotion was withdrawn from the website.

just received my order, £105 of stuff for £38. i was charged £105 so i had to ring up and complain. i was my first order, and i also ordered some eye cream which arrived in the security box! £5 voucher and free delivery code for me.
