Just checked my order which is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Still showing with the boxes I ordered so hopeful I'll be lucky.

This is only my second online order (last one was more then a year ago and only for a couple of things) so I am unsure of the routine when the groceries arrive. Do I check them while the driver waits or check once he's gone and ring CS if there's a problem. I paid online using my CC. I've ordered quite a few things I need anyway but added some of the 8 and 12 bar boxes.

I know this might be a stupid question but i dont know the answer? but if i made a order from asda for say £25 can they then deliver it and bill me for more than the £25 i spent????????

My order is due today between 6pm and 8pm.. the email received still states £30 inc delivery, opted out of the substitute so should have coming 9 x Rice Krispies Squares(8pk), 12 x Special (12pk), 3 x Elevenes(12pk), 15 x Coco Pops(12pk). Comes to £30.50 inc delivery saving a £108.13

I gather this is now the price I pay after the confirmation email or could this still change?

Yes they can charge you more
As the offer for the 12packs is not working in store it is likely you will be charged full price as I was last night
I am waiting for the store to authorize the refund today and will let you know what happens

It was my second online order (once with T's before) and I was a bit flustered
Make sure you count and check everything before you sign anything -make the driver wait, mine tried to fob me off that he was late home so didn't count all the cereal boxes, only realized after he'd gone they were 5 short, thankfully CS believed me and have refunded the missing ones

Well that looks like I will be sending my order back with the driver then as mine is mostly 12 packs I guess that is still a option?

Ive ordered mostly 8pks for delivery between 6-8 pm tonight along with a couple of extra things, I don't fancy paying the delivery for just the extras if I had to send the cereal bars back! I've printed a screen shot of the cereal bar offer page which clearly shows the 8pk rice crispie squares are included, not sure if it will help but I'll be showing the driver and arguing the point if my total is more than I'm expecting, I'll even make the driver a brew while I ring CS if I have to!... I'm ready to do battle lol :-)

Hi just had my delivery as i picked up some in sotre but the store only got stock of some of my things. You don't need to keep the driver there!!

CS are aware of the issue the woman told me she was just calling the store as the deal is STILL valid online and id be refunded the difference and 2.00 extra for my issues

283 cereal bars for 24.00! Does me the 2 kids and hubby nicely (ahem since once of them is 18 and eats like a horse)

Shame that the 12 pack of Nutra Grain wasn't in the offer!
