they are refunding me just £16 but was over charged £27 phoned them 4 times as the store manager phoned and told me i had to take them back, waiting for an email now as they are to busy to phone back, they are working out how much they owe me back, so im not touching my stuff until the email could take 2 days

The order due today which was cancelled when I phoned CS has just been delivered and I've been overcharged £36! I wonder if the delivery for tomorrow will arrive now too. Not impressed! :mad:

im stil waiting for a call after head office rang the store. not a clue whats goin on but should be a fun convo if it was the store manager who rang me as it was the store manager he was goin to speak to about how i was spoken to and what was goin on lol

also do they honour the price if they don't have something and give a substitute? (I have the liquitabs og orange bold2in1 in my basket but what if they don't have them? will they send something else instead or not send anything?

My order arrived and I was also charged full price. Rang call centre who are going to contact store, who in turn will call me so at the moment don't know what will happen.
Wondered if they can be returned to store and refund given immediately as the driver thought it would take a few days to process if he took them back.

My order is due between 5 and 7pm today, and includes 2 lots of 3x12packs. If they can't sort it out on the phone they'll have to come and collect them again as my nearest store is 15 miles away and I'm not doing a 30 mile round trip especially to take them back!

Just had call back, giving me full refund of overcharge £28.90. Said would be back on card within 3-5 days.

im getin a refund of the special k bars and they arnt showing on offer and im getin a refund of some of the cocopops ones so shes gona ring me back. have to have someone come out and collect them tho. wont be shopping online with them again. i stated i wasnt even offered a goodwill gesture and she offered me free delivery on an order over £50 so i told her i wont be having that. it was the same person who rang me the first time that rang me back so i told her i wasnt happy with the way she spoke to me. gota wait on yet another call back to see homuch im actualy being refunded now

im getin £31.09 back, iv got to keep 60 of them and send 4 boxes with 48 cocopops bars in the bag back with the 3 boxes of 12 special k bars. it means iv paid £4 for 36 of the bars and shes charged me the 12 bar box price for the remaining 24 but atm im just glad i got something back off them lol

I'm still trying to sort out the mistakes they've made with my order(s)! I'm waiting for CS to phone the store and no doubt they'll deny any knowledge of the online offer! Can anyone tell me in easy steps how to print a screen shot so I can prove the offer was there! Thanks in advance!

Don't need a screen shot - just printed the page! Doh!! At least now I have proof.
