;)i waited for CS to ring my store several hrs and no-one got back to me, spoke to 5 different people in this south africa call centre, no-one knew who was dealing with it

In the end I had a rant and got put through to the manager who phoned the store immediately who said NO they weren't going to honour it. The Cs person rang me back and said he'd discussed with his manager and in their opinion I had been treated badly with shoddy CS and they would give me a full refund for the difference :j:beer:

He got a bit confused though because only 10 of my cocopops packs arrived left me with an odd number-he needed a little help with the maths and I think i got the 10th pack for free, oops

need to make sure all refunded to my account though properly, made sure i got his fullname etc this time

no goodwill gesture for my numerous calls though and will defo not do any online shopping with Asda again (unless there's a glitch of course;))

i tried teling her i had a copy of a photo that proved the offer but she kept saying that it states in their terms and conditions that prices are subject to change and store availability if u have the page infront of you and click the button that says prnt scrn then you should be able to click copy and paste to have the pic infront of you

Thanks I finally figured that out after I had posted. lol

I'm now waiting to see what the store manager has to say on the subject!

ahhh im due my delivery tonight but cant see the 12 packs online anymore. does any one have a screen dump?

What I did was go to your order in your account and click to amend it. Then you should get a list of the items in your basket on the right of the screen when you are on the home page for shopping. Click on the 12 packs in your basket and it should bring the offer up. hth.

good luck hun! the store manager is gona love me when she gets these back, the boxes are flattened lol altho when i told her that she can have them she said they wud just stick a reduced sticker on them for 30p off so theyre stil making £3 per box. whoever buys them is a fool, 12 for £3 when u get 18 for £2 lol
