So am I:D
OP I find you wanting to ''out her'' very unpleasant.

I am so p1ssed off with my SIL right now. She's a tiny scrap of a thing who has far too much time on her hands and thinks it's clever to slag off overweight people.
Almost every day she posts some horrible status about "fat" people to her facebook account, presumably to get some attention for herself. I may be a little sensitive to it because I'm carrying some of the weight I put on during pregnancy, but I can't help but feel she needs knocking down a peg or 8.
Thing is, she's quite obviously bulimic. She has telltale tooth decay and was hospitalised recently with kidney stones - common in bulimics. She posted several statuses about the "fat nurses". Her lashing out at "fat" people is clearly in response to her own self loathing, but it's beginning to get on my t1ts. She has a foul mouth, no career prospects to speak of (has been sacked from 7 jobs this year already) and seems to think she's being clever.
So, would it be hideously wrong for me to reply to one of her comments with a line that is the equivalent of pushing her head through a wall? (I would say sticking her head down the loo but she clearly would feel at home with that).
Apologies to anyone who suffers with an eating disorder, by the way. I would usually be the first to help, but this girl just gets my goat.
Are you really sure that she's bulimic ? just because she's got tooth decay and kidney stones does not mean that she's suffering from an eating disorder.................
This woman may not be very likeable, but you're coming across as bitter and jealous - especially with the comment that "she's a tiny scrap of a thing" TBH it's just as insulting as fattest comments.0 -
It's getting more common for those with eating disorders to suffer from Cacomorphobia (an irrational revulsion towards fat people at one end of the spectrum and a morbid fear of being near a fat person at the other end). It's a condition with the nickname of fattyphobia. I notice that she has been sacked numerous times this year and wonder whether there may be a connection between her attitude to fat people as well as her own need for bizarre eating behaviours.
If so, she needs a mental health professional.
Personally, I think she's trolling: intending to bait her readers into a response. If an overweight person should be wound up by her words she would be intensely satisfied.
So don't 'feed' the troll if you want to annoy and frustrate her.0 -

Me too, and I love it.
I am bemused by the whole thing of poking faces and status updates...my marital status doesn't fluctuate wildly enough to dedicate a page on the web to it and my emotional status does, but is only really of interest to those who I se and speak to daily. As dor poking, its rude.
we use email and internet a LOT for communication, for a start my dh's immeadiate family live overseas. But whether they want to know he had a cheese sandwhich for lunch is debateable, and we find it simple enough to tailor emails to people we want to keep in touch with usually.0 -

She's 5ft 5 and a size 4 clothes (and shrinking). How would you describe her? Petite doesn't really cut it.
I'm in no way jealous, thanks. I've been a size 8-10 (I'm 5ft 10) and am quite happy being a 16 most of the time. I have perfect teeth and great t1ts.Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.

Thanks. This makes perfect sense. Perhaps I'll just sit on her the next time I see her. That should shut her up.Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.

So what?
Seems like you are doing the picking apart!
The comment wasn't even directed at you! Get a grip love, and do what a mature adult would do, get off facebook and live your life in the real world! Delete her and move on!0 -
I wouldn't have a dig but I would make it clear that her comments offend you (maybe a PM behind the scenes or a phone call?). She may well have an ED BUT that doesn't mean that it's OK to insult a good proportion of the general population - who probably have just as poor a self-image as she does.0
