Not much longer to go until you can go nuts with whatever you want to eat! I can imagine it's tough but it'll be worth it in the long run!

I am officially a greedy cow. Had half a Dominos pizza last night for dinner and a garlic pizza bread thing, and just sent OH to Chinese for some chow mein for tonights dinner! :o:(

Edit: this post was 20 minutes ago and I've managed to polish off a whole portion to myself. :o

I've had several Cadburys Heroes and a Wispa, as well as beans with my dinner, I think that's most of my heartburn triggers covered, short of adding a glass of orange juice to really make me suffer!

Bit of a stressful midwife appointment today. First I had a bit of a sugar crash while waiting to go in, had a hot flush and felt shaky so had to eat half a pack of mints while I waited. Then she told me my iron was still dropping and she wanted to refer me for an infusion. I'm not keen, and think I might refuse the appointment when it comes, which is more hassle. Then she tests my sample and finds a trace of glucose and ketones in it, so had to go find a testing kit to do my blood sugar, which, strangely enough, was fine, as was, even more amazingly, my blood pressure. :D No idea what that means or if I should worry?

On the plus side, baby has started to engage, only just, but heading the right way. On the negative side, she wants me back in two weeks, where I'm sure I'll be nagged about iron again. I don't think it is low enough or falling fast enough to go to extremes, I'd rather double my Spatone for a little while and see what happens.

SPD - try going up the stairs on your bum, with your feet together, I've not found anything else that really helps. :(

When/how do you normally take your Spatone? I keep getting sick with mine?

(sorry for butting in - I'm not pregnant)...I took my Spatone in a glass (200ml say) of fresh orange juice first thing in the morning. Took it most of the way through my pregnancy.
