Which hypnotherapy CDs is everyone using? My BP can use all the help it can get!

This is the one i went for after researching..

They do a few versions- home birth, multiples, c section and hospital birth, so you choose which variant suits your circumstances.

I got mine on ebay, often a few on there..

Just checked my notes and I was first measured at my 24 week appointment so I would have thought you will get measured at 28 weeks if you haven't already...

Aspirin - mine is the dispersible type, but I cannot drink it like that, so I take the table and drink loads of water. I do usually drink about a pint, but every time it was dispersed I vomited, but it seems to be doing the job so I'm not too worried.

I went to see the delivery ward yesterday and it relaxed me a little, as it looked clean and organised, dispite it having one of the worst reputations in the country. So fingers crossed it will be ok when I go.

Oooh thanks, you've just reminded me I've been meaning to go onto my hospital's website and watch their virtual tour, seeing as they don't do actual tours any more...

I never had a 24 week appointment I have not seen my midwife since I was 14 weeks!! Maybe that's because this is my 3rd I think they leave you to get on with it as long as there are no complications!! I'm excited to find out what I'm measuring!! Sad or what!! Xx

Yeah, have just checked my book and you only have the 24 week (and 31 week) appointment if it's your first.

I don't think that's sad at all! Just because it's not your first baby doesn't mean you're not allowed to be excited! :D
