My family's annual get together is next Sunday. The plan is practically, if bump has arrived and I'm fit enough, that we go. Baby would be introduced to all aunts, uncles, cousins etc, and it would save a lot of running around. :)
If I haven't popped, it's a chance to see everyone anyway, and DH will be with me and notes etc will be in the car in case.....
It feels a little weird, everyone seems to have avoided me the last couple of months in case I pop,and now that it's the final few days, everyone's calling up- my sister just left.. :) She had my little 2 yr old niece with her, who hugged my stomach and told baby to get out..... :)

Gilly- I read that today re the egg nog latte and it scared me a bit,but hubby said not to worry,it's not as if I'm drinking one every day. We had 2 over that weekend when it was by one get one free, otherwise it's once every couple of weeks.

Re the weeing,I always keep a pot at home as I hate using public loos,so just make sure I ask for a new pot at the end of each appointment.

Oh and one more thing,I have really tender lumps in my boobs,my right one moreso. Is this normal?

It's put me off take away coffee altogether, for that amount of calories/sugar I'd rather have something solid I could eat  :rotfl:

Lucy, I did too, still do a little at times, mention to your MW if you're worried.

Gilly, Everything in NI closes at 1800 on a Sunday, bar pubs!

    Sickly sweet alert.... :)

Was just watching Masterchef Australia with DH, and had made a comment that I wished we could go out for a fancy meal sometime. Everything nearby is pub grub, and I know Murphy's Law would allow enough time for us to travel to a fancy restaurant and order then labour would commence..... It feels a little pointless!

My current liking is Nutella again, haven't had it in years. DH quietly went into the kitchen, and arrived back with this- layers of Nutella and ice-cream, with Ferrero Rocher for me! He said he was creating a fancy dessert for me. :) Very touched, it was a lovely thing to do!

My GHDs died a few weeks ago Gilly :( Although it's only a hole in the cable but there was sparks and a bit of smoke so I haven't used them since...

I'll have to curl my hair now, which is annoying, only takes me 10 minutes, but my natural hair is vile, it looks straggly and horrid without straightners.

On the plus side I prefer it curly/wavy, so it forces me to do it.

Will have to get some new ones after Christmas. They haven't actually died yet, but all I can smell is burning, when they're turned on, so I'm not risking it.

I've had to dig out an old set that aren't as good but do the job... My hair is the same, straggly and rubbish! It takes me forever to curl mine, I've only ever done it on a few occasions. My hair's so fine the curls drop out pretty quickly.

Your ice cream looks good Lirin! I've been craving chocolate hobnobs all evening, but there's literally nothing chocolatey in the house at all! Have had to make do with cheese and crackers... Still good, but not quite right...
