    Hello everyone

Think i may have overdone it slightly :) I've got quite bad pain low down in my pelvis, like a bruised pain between my legs and every now and then it feels like someone is trying to pull my left leg off :) Well after such a busy weekend it's 10 times worse and i had a bit of a struggle getting up and going as i was in so much discomfort this morning. Midwife gave me the number of Physio when i saw her last week so may have to give them a ring for some advice.
    Hope everyone is well x

Sounds like SPD, Physio will know better- that's exactly how I felt, though it was my right leg.
Just wondering, those of you who have done some batch cooking, what did you make? I can only think of mince-based dishes (bolognese, chilli, shep pie etc) and would like to vary it up a bit. Not a huge soup fan and that's the only other thing I can think of!

    Anyway, hope you're all well!

    BM :) x (38 weeks today )

Congrats on 38 weeks. I've made lasagne portions, Irish stew, carrot, coconut and coriander soup, red pepper and potato soup, and mince.

    Hi Ladies,

Just wanted to quickly pop in and share my news!

I had my baby girl on Thursday November 24th at 9.43pm. Poppy was born at 28+6 weeks by emergency c-section and weighs 2lb exactly!

Janninew, so many congrats, I know you had worried terribly. Best wishes on her doing well!

    Congratulations Jannine!!!!!!!

We'll have some lasagne, casserole and stew type things, pizza, jambalaya, curry (not the rice though) and probably some soups in the freezer, along with chili con carne and other mince meals in the freezer by February I expect!

Letter arrived from the hospital saying I need to do another urine sample due to possible infection - given that my next appointment (31 weeks!) is on Thursday I'll just take a sample in then like normal... I can't believe it's taken them 2 weeks to write to me, at least I don't really think there's an infection or anything :)

LOL. Might not be so easy to find out who i am tho'. Only 5-6 thousand people who work there.;)

Ah but how many of those are pregnant LOL :rotfl:

I'm quite easy to spot at my work . . . I'm the only female in the whole of the UK in the company lol

Fortunately, there are LOADS of PG ladies. The office based ones, and all the operational ones who are given office duties whilst PG! Plus my user name is nothing like my real name. Hehehehe.

Only one in the UK? Wow! You are unique!

HR... *sigh*. The info i got at work was either out of date, incomplete or just missing entirely. In the end i researched it all and told my HR people what the current rulings were on leave, KIT days, bank holidays and when i could start my mat leave. Otherwise i would be having to start my Mat leave nearly a week earlier than i needed to, not accumulating my bank hols, being deducted too much for KIT and having to take my leave earlier than i should!

I bet your lot were as impressed at their extra homework, as mine were with me! Shame eh!:)

Ps. Still getting sporadic pains like a tummy upset, but without the upset.
Started yesterday when i did have a funny tummy, but now just have the pains and no bad tummy.

I'm sure its probably nowt... but DH is starting to agree he needs to pack his hospital bag (clean tshirt for him, chargers, change and snacks and drinks for us)

Arghh another thing to worry about. Just thought I'd google painting and pregnancy and am worrying myself silly over the fact I've been decorating yesterday and today. :( and how the fumes may be harmful.
