OH is just back from Asda, they had these (for pink bumps) and these (for blue bumps) down to £1. Ours had tiny baby and first size ones in stock.

OH bought us one of each size just in case.

Might be useful for those having early babies :)

    Congrats to Missymoo.

    Hugs to Toniq.

My back and hips are quite a bit better today. tried the pillow between the legs thing last night but I kept waking up and finding it gone! I took one of my microwave wheat bag things to work incase it played up there.

The pillow thing is a god send Lisa, I'm 29 weeks and only started doing it in the past few weeks, and I can stretch out now after sleeping without getting horrible cramp and everything. I just use a flat cushion from the sofa :o

  • If you have ever had REAL flu, you would want the jab.
Its not a live vaccine so wont develop a mild flu like blip nor will it increase your risk of getting it contrary to popular myths or what the woman down the road says.
Being pregnant you are more liekly to catch flu this winter and more likely to develop serious complications if you do get it.

  • I wasnt sure about the jab, but when I read the leaflet, I found out I would be allergic to it (developed in eggs). Also I had the flu after my lh surge for 2 weeks so I'm probably ok now. I liked the idea of immunity for the baby.

Agreed. What also swayed it for me was knowing my baby will also be protected after birth, which is so important for winter babies.
