She lived nearby, but I really didn't like going round as I had to be on high alert as at any moment they could attack him, also there was hairs everywhere & god knows what germs from bottoms etc!

They were supposed to stay in the kitchen when I was round, but this only happened for the 1st 10mins, then they'd be everywhere!

Stopped going round in the end, & never let her babysit. Also poo's left all over garden when little one was crawling etc.

I really didn't understand why she would do this when her 1st grandson had just come, she lost out on all time with him.

well im back, tutorial was worth while, am shattered though, but was v naughty And had a maccy d's, have bad heartburn now though . cant be bothered to do anything else today. lazy mare!

Been lazy today, had a mini tantrum last night, fed up of being stuck in the house all day doing the same thing every day. OH was trying to get me to go to a toy party last night, but really didn't want to go as
a)I would barely know anyone except MIL, and I didn't fancy being stuck with her all night, specially since she's been doing my head in over JJ (the latest one - "everyone will laugh at you if you put the moses basket in the living room and the crib in the bedroom")
b) everyone would be drinking except me
c) I don't feel like I fit in here. We're in a small village where everyone's known everyone else since birth, and I only moved here last year.

I can see why he's moaning, because I don't really know anyone here, and he doesn't want me to hate the village, but I don't feel like I can make friends and fit in here.

Everyone will laugh at you if you put the moses basket in the living room and the crib in the bedroom? Isn't that what the majority of people do? I'm confused lol

She basically wants to get her own way with something that doesn't have anything to do with her, so she's trying to pressure us into doing what she wants. The last attempt was when we were painting the nursery and she wanted a border (a hideous, gaudy, something I would never agree to border), and I refused and told her I wanted to do my own thing. OH gave in and bought the a roll of the border to placate her, but it was never put up, and I used it to make decoupage pictures instead.

I hate the constant text etc asking how I am, fortunatly I'm not on facebook so dont have to put up with that, think that would be enough to tip me over the edge!

The whole moses basket thing, erm...... we have a moses basket in the living room a cot in the nursery and a crib in the bedroom!!!!

Bless you going stir crazy, that is exactly how I feel, I HAD to go out this morning to my tutorial, but apart from that I have just been knocking around the house for weeks, soooo boring, and when I'm at home OH expects me to do stuff like tidy up and cook etc, whilst he goes out and tinkers in his workshop, which is fine apart from sometimes like right now, I just don't feel like it, at all, the kitchen is a huuuuge mess which has been there since last night, and I'm so tired I really can't be bothered to do it! I feel the same way you do to a certain extent on the whole village thing, I don't know anyone in our village, OH has lived here for 7 years but I have't and definitely don't have any friends in the vicinity. OH always says well you could invite MIL over, but I don't want that sort of company, I want girly company. MIL is annoying me too, asking us if we want to go over to hers to have a mini party today to celebrate what would have been his grandma and late grandpas 60th wedding anniversary!!! So glad OH thought to say no before he even asked me, standing around with all of his family, as nice as they are, whilst everyone else has a drink and I pretend to be in a good mood, is not my idea of a good time.

Crikey listen to me whinging lol, I've just had enough now I guess, so fat and so uncomfortable and frustrated and impatient, everything just aches and I want to curl up in bed and hibernate until the baby comes!

Kira apparantly OH cant turn the buzz vibration off on his phone!!! Load of B!!!!cks if you ask me, he even had the audacity to look offended that his precious phone had woken me up! Best not be waking me up again else it might accidently end up being flushed down the toilet, he says its my fault for being such a light sleeper and having such good hearing!!!!! Grrrrr MEN!

Might be going out to dinner with OH tonight, but not sure, have a groupon voucher thing and it be nice to get out the house but am so tired and achey and really cant be bothered, but then I REALLY can't be bothered to cook...... hmmmmm.. we shall see, lol there's no pleasing me.

really want a gingerbread latte, still haven't had one!!

Hmmm, I may make some gingerbread syrup if I can find the recipe again, nearest Costa is 8 miles away, and I'm not comfortable driving far, being so close to due date.

I think it's 1 cup water, 3/4 cup sugar, 2tsp ginger, 1 tsp cinammon and a few drops of vanilla boiled up. Need to go out and get some bread anyway, so may as well get sugar while I'm there.

ooooh. According to the M/W who did our antenatal class last week pressure in your bum is a sign that baby is moving down further - its a good thing! You may find that your body tries to um... "empty" everything out down there so that it gives bean a clearer run through and out.
