oh i feel under pressure to get this bloody uni work done but i am so tired and baby is kicking away how i am suppose to get anything done???? feel really tearful i hate it

Oh hun I have an assignment due next thursday and I haven't even looked at it yet!!!

sorry you're having probs finding bras eyeliner, dont really know what to suggest, M&S??

Just stood in the kitchen cutting up loads of chicken, bagging up individual breasts then OH can just throw them into something when baby is born, have got 15 lots in the freezer. Everything aches from standing up for so long now!!

Just making some spaghetti alforno, thought I'd treat myself.

Baby has been very quiet today, hoping when i lay down in bed he'll squidge around a bit more.

Still watching come dine, it is going to be yet another night on the sofa in my jarmies, but with yummy food, im a bit chilly actually. Need to put my slipper socks on but i cant quite reach :(

Bless him, DH is frantically pumping away on the bicycle pump trying to inflate my new gym/birth ball... whilst being watched by three cats who all appear to be plotting how soon they can try their needle claws on it. I will NOT be impressed if i find a deflated pile of rubber ball on the floor in the morning.

  • Am really fed up - OH went home early (he was ill) and I got annoyed because I was looking forward to snuggles n thought he was using his headache as an excuse to go. DD was a lil cow yesterday, good as gold today, bump hasn't stopped kicking all day and keeps giving me heartburn, I keep getting upset over daft things (oh wanted to sell a suit he wore for our first date 2 years ago - no longer fits him - and I started bloody crying!) Thought I'd come to bed n doze it off but some stupid neighbours (who complain my dog barks) has started letting fireworks off so dogs obv going nuts. Grrr

Anyone had flu jab - is it worth it? Midwife wants to stick me.

[rant]How hard is it to get nursing bras in my size?!?!? Matalan only do up to E-cups, couldn't find any in stock in Debenhams, either in-store or online and I refuse to spend £30+ on one bra[/rant]

Ebay was the best I found- Panache do at least up to a K, plenty of bigger Debenhams, and most sellers are great about exchanges- I gave up after my local M&S wanted over £45 for one bra.

I've had a nap- was ordered to by DH, feel so much better now for it.

Mimi.. sorry you are having a pants day. Somedays just seem to go that way. ATM i feel like i keep picking fights with DH- its all about real annoying stuff, but things i would usually just suck up and bear, so he looks all hurt and confused, and then i get all tearful and upset.

I havent had the flu jab yet, i wasnt offered it by my GP surgery, but i read up a bit, and decided with beanie arriving over flu season, i wanted to get it, so rang and they booked me straight in. I just made sure i asked for the "lite" version (non serum?), which doesnt have the active virus in it, which doesnt really affect the effectiveness, but minimizes the chances of getting a mini flu from it.

I'm on my 3rd year of english literature and language with the OU, pretty hard going am now on level 3, really not looking forward to writing this assignment after having the summer off. Bit worried about the 2 after too as Baby is likely to be here! And im finding it hard enough to concentrate now.

Baby obviously liked the spaghetti, is wiggling around :) I dont like it when he doesnt move.

I was supposed to have a flu jab last week but really didnt want to go out. Only have 3 weeks so not sure im going to bother.

I have bought one of the panache nursing bras, its lovely.

I have good and bad days with my pregnant emotions, more good than bad thankfully, OH has been away half the time too, so no chance to have a go.

Sorry you're having a bad time of it mimi.
  • Midwife said its not live one - I think she just likes sticking me lol
