Evening all! Had my soup for tea! I didn't follow a recipe. I just bunged onions, potatoes, leeks, carrots, swede, sweet potato, parsnip and lentils in with some veggie stock and it was so scrummy!!! Even better is that my boys loved it so much too. Can't believe I have only 4 days left!

Midwife said its not live one - I think she just likes sticking me lol

hehehe. Could be! My MW obv doesnt give a monkey's!

I just felt that with it being peak flu season, and having been v ill with a flu in December last year, it would be just my luck to catch flu and then go into labour whilst ill, so worth getting the jab- plus it being last Tri, bean will get the protection for 6 months too, so all the better. Still its personal, i know some people are fairly anti for their own reasons, which is fair enough.

Kandboys your soup sounds lovely, i love how you can make soup out of anything and it so often is yummy.

jenjade, I would have preferred to go to fulltime uni, I could do with the kick up the bum but I actually went to my first tutorial a few weeks ago, and i think it helped, we'll see when I write this one and see what my mark is, need to get level 2's to make sure I get a 2:1, I want to teach. I find the forums really helpful and OH has sorted me out a lovely desk to work at as I have a bad back and trying to sit on the sofa and study was a struggle. I couldnt afford full time uni either and the uni here is really difficult to get into so it kind of put paid to that one. But it will work with the baby coming though as I can study part time from home with the baby, and MIL will look after the baby whilst im at work.

OMG DH and I both had it soooo badly. It was horrible- so much worse than any cold. I just dont think i can imagine having to go through labour with that.

[rant]How hard is it to get nursing bras in my size?!?!? Matalan only do up to E-cups, couldn't find any in stock in Debenhams, either in-store or online and I refuse to spend £30+ on one bra[/rant]

I managed to get an f cup in a big debenhams yesterday, think it's branded miriam stoppard? Still not particularly a good fit, but a million times better than the mothercare ones were, and it comes in a nice purple. Now all I need is a nice jumper that fits!

Well. Today's off to a great start. Just scalded bump by dropping boiling coffee all over it. I quit!

    Ouch!! Hope you are ok?

I had the flu jab a couple of weeks ago and have had no side effects other than I felt warm for a few days and had a sore arm.

feeling a bit sorry for myself now, sorry, sunday nights are always pretty hard to be by myself, sunday evenings are for nice dinners and snuggling up with OH on the sofa watching rubbish tv, not sitting here by myself in my jarmies feeling a bit lonely. :(
