You should do hun but only my forewaters (sp?!) went with DS1. The whole lot didn't go. But when they broke my waters with DS2 it was a huge warm gush! Do you think they have gone?
Edited to say it was obvious my whole waters hadn't gone with DS1 as I then laboured for 36 hours. With DS2 the contractions started with a vengeance immediately after the waters went xThank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0 -

See I remember the great warm gush from DS1 too. I'm so sorry if this is TMI but I just feel very, well, dampI've been wearing a sanitary towel because of all the show I've been having so I don't know if its a lot or a little...

Winnie from what I have read, some people get the big gush like in the films but a lot of people it is like a trickle and you could get confused with a bladder weakness or some even mistake it for a lot of sweat. Do you think yours have gone?0

I sometimes feel like that. Us preggy women get a lot of discharge don't we. Maybe wear the towel and if you are soaking it and needing to change it quite often ring your delivery suite as they might want you in if you are leaking waters because of the risk of infection xThank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0 -

I'm really not sure! I wouldn't be surprised if they did, but it could be either of the other things you mention!
I do feel a bit of an idiot to be honest, this is my second baby so I *should* know whats going on - but everything could not be more different this time!0 -

Winnie as you say it could be a number of things but better safe than sorry. I would give your midwife a call and see what she says. If your waters have broken or are trickling out slowly then you don't want to risk an infection by not getting checked out.0

They should be in 3 pieces, the main pot, a little lid for the top, and another bit with a hole in.
You take the top two bits off and fill the pot with milk (however many scoops you need) then you put the two top bits on.
Fill the bottles with the water, then the little milk pots should sit (lid up) in the neck of the bottle. Then you can put the teat etc on the bottle.
When you want to use the bottle, remove the lid & teat, take out the pot, take the little lid off, empty the milk into the bottle, replace teat and lid, & shake.
Took me a while to figure it out haha!
